| Monique de Maio, Founder & Managing Partner |
Monique de Maio is the Founder and Managing Partner of onDemandCMO. She is a senior business and marketing executive with a proven track record of success in business-to-business strategic marketing, sales, new business development, general management, P & L management, budgeting, forecasting and operations.
Monique's strong leadership, communications, organizational and analytical skills have been honed from 20 years experience on both the client and agency sides. Specific vertical market expertise in publishing, associations / affinity, higher education, financial and professional services and hi tech.
She has managed new business development and branding, strategy and positioning work for her own business-to-business marketing and advertising communications agency, as well as Keating Concept for the last ten years. This long term strategic relationship has included work with Avaya, Canon USA, Commvault Systems, Cushman & Wakefield, Grisoft, IBM, IPC, Live Person, Symbol Technologies, Ross University, among others.
Prior to MdM & Partners and Keating Concept, Monique was Publisher of BRANDWEEK magazine-responsible for the positioning, profitability, ad sales and promotional activities of this newsweekly. During her tenure, ad pages and revenues increased by 40% and 50%, respectively. Ad sales in the marketing services category grew by over 160%.
Before joining Brandweek, Monique was the Director of Marketing and Programs for the Promotion Marketing Association. During her tenure, programs tripled, sponsorships doubled and revenues hit record levels.
Prior to PMA, she acquired business-to-business client marketing experience at Wall St. investment firm Salomon Brothers, and IBM.
Monique is a graduate of Fordham University with an M.B.A. in Marketing and earned a B.B.A. in International Management from Pace University. Born in Paris, France, Monique is fluent in both French and Spanish. Her extra curricular activities include Chairperson of MENG-NJ (Marketing Executives Networking Group) and pursuing a Black Belt in Karate/Tae Kwon Do.

Having collaborated with Monique de Maio for many years, on projects including IPC, Canon USA, CoVista, LivePerson and others, Jonathan also has a deep repository of experience outside these projects that showcases his knowledge of various industries including consumer products, technology, media & entertainment, telecommunications, healthcare, automotive, financial services and "b2b". Other clients include: Sprint, Wal-Mart, Zurich Financial Services, Enron, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, IBM, Compaq, UPS, Dow, Citigroup, Merrill Lynch, MTV, Dell, CDNow, TechTV, Ziff-Davis, Disney/Go.com, AOL Time Warner, CMGI, Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, Gillette, Michelin, Duracell, 3M, AT&T, Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline, and AstraZeneca.
Jonathan is a brand strategist and naming specialist with 16 years experience in developing corporate & product brands via integrated programs which include: brand research and planning, brand strategy and positioning, corporate & product naming, and brand identity.
In the field of "brand naming" he is considered to be one of the country's foremost experts having worked on over 300 name creation/consulting projects. He is a member of the faculty at the School of Visual Arts, NYC and teaches a course on branding the Masters in Fine Arts program.
Jonathan has invented over 50 company names and consulted on a significant number of brands, some of which have become household names
including Coca-Cola Fruitopia, Citra, Gillette Mach3, Sirius Satellite Radio, CDNow, Cingular, Dell Inspiron, RoadRunner High Speed On-Line, AT&T Wireless Services, AT&T Broadband, Delta Air Lines BusinessElite and Tropicana Smoothies.
Jonathan was a Vice President with Interbrand from 1990 to 1998. He holds a bachelors degree in Marketing from Manchester University and an MBA from New York University.

Tom worked closely with the onDemandCMO team to create the company's brand identity and website. An energetic and bold character, Tom is a risk-taker specializing in development of cutting edge brands, print campaigns and interactive designs. Prior to 2000, Tom served as the manager of website development for Pseudo Networks, the first new-media company offering original content via the internet. His current portfolio includes illustrating alternate 'bulldog' logos for YALE College, as well as assorted projects for Amnesty International, Cingular, Nickelodeon, LawyerLinks, Legacy Care, Logitech, Roadrunner Records and many more.

Josie and Monique have worked together on marketing initiatives that include AVAYA, Grisoft and Symbol Technologies. Josie is a public relations, marketing, and special events project manager and writer with years of experience working with high profile clients, as well as a wide range of organizations in entertainment, nonprofit, and the corporate realm.
Designing, overseeing, and seeing campaigns through to completion, she is often lauded for her thorough, think-out-of-the-box approach.
Josie starts by getting to know the client, gleaning information in initial meetings, and also conducting supplemental research. Drafting material-from press releases and marketing brochures, to direct mail pieces, Josie is eloquent, yet gets the crucial points across with an economy of words and a savvy for tailoring to the particular client and its milieu.
Among the numerous clients with whom Josie has worked, beyond the above, include: Tribeca Film Festival, Leonardo DiCaprio, Barbra Streisand, Revlon Run/Walk for Women, Hillary Clinton, Andrea Bocelli, Paul Simon, The Irish Tenors, 1199, Symbol, Parent Magazine and New York Magazine.
Diels graduated cum laude from the Elliot School of International Affairs at George Washington University with a degree in International Affairs, and an additional concentration on communications, anthropology, and medical studies. She is an accomplished pianist, writer, runner, and lover of arts, design, anthropology, travel, and the outdoors.

Laura and Monique have worked together for the last 15 years, while Monique was at the Promotion Marketing Association, as well as MdM & Partners and Keating Concept. Laura is a 20-year plus veteran of the design industry providing creative design solutions for a variety of industries. As an artist whose tools are various graphics and imaging software she attributes her creative success to her classical training at the School of Visual Arts in NYC where she studied fine art and communications. She earned her BFA in Graphic Design and was an honors graduate. Prior to SVA she attended the University of Florida where she studied marketing and interior design.
Laura is as comfortable with the business and service side of design and marketing communications as she is with her keyboard and mouse.
Her portfolio includes work for a wide variety of businesses and industries such as: accounting, advertising specialties, communications, entertainment companies, financial services, food services, insurance, landscape design, real estate, screen printing, software manufacturing, trade associations, and more.
Other clients have included Baccarat, Laventhol & Horwath, McDonalds, National Paper Trade Association and TIAA-CREF.

Kimberly has been working as a graphic designer reporting to our Design Director, Laura Franco, for some time now. Kim has extensive design experience, with a specialization in Photoshop image editing. She has designed for a NY book publishing firm and various graphic design/advertising firms where she was responsible for developing corporate identity solutions, advertising design, annual reports, brochures, trade show booth graphics, web sites and more. Kim has a BA in Arts as well as a BA in Arts and Communications from Salisbury University.

Jim and Monique have worked on client engagements involving positioning, strategy, promotional copywriting and advertising for clients including Avaya, Canon USA, Cisco, Commvault Systems, Cushman & Wakefield, Grisoft, IBM/Symbol Technologies Alliance, among others. Jim brings vertical market insights to the role of Creative Director and promotional copywriter.
Jim Parry is an award-winning copywriter, creative director and advertising agency founder, with experience selling almost everything to everyone, in every medium. He and Monique have worked together on positioning, strategy and execution for clients including Avaya, Canon USA, Cisco, Commvault Systems, Cushman & Wakefield, Grisoft and IBM/Symbol Technologies Alliance.
Most recently, Jim has been a creative consultant to marketers and ad agencies, creating advertising for Aetna, American Express, Bear Stearns, CBS Television, Citicorp, Comet, Cutty Sark, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Ernst & Young, Great White Paper, JP Morgan Chase, Miller Beer, Office Depot, Slim Fast, Smithsonian Magazine, UBS, United Technologies, Time Warner, U.S. Tobacco, World Wildlife Fund and Mike Bloomberg for Mayor.
Before this, Jim was a founder and creative director of two ad agencies – Posey, Parry & Quest and then James Parry, Inc. Here his accounts included Best Western Hotels, Conoco, Nestle, Nivea, Pfizer, Reader's Digest and Us Magazine. Jim got his start at the ad agency that is now Saatchi & Saatchi, then moved to one of the hottest agencies of the time, Ally & Gargano. On staff, he created advertising for Ban, Cascade, Hertz, IBM, New York Life, Sprite, Tootsie Rolls, Tide...and many more.
Jim has won four Clios; ten 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in The One Show; four 1st place Andys; gold and silver medals from The Copy Club of New York; several medals from the International TV & Film Festival and a Bronze Lion at Cannes.
He received his B.A. cum laude from Harvard.

Brian D. Rezach has more than twenty years of strategic marketing management experience in information technology applications, Brian is a marketing manager who combines strategic and analytical skills with client-facing presentation ability. Formerly as Managing Partner of OmniMedia Associates LLC, Brian was personally responsible for business planning, launch and marketing management of more than thirty "triple play" or television deployments.
Previously, Brian was VP Sales & Marketing for SummitQwest, a mid-sized professional services company, marketing IT services to the pharmaceutical and financial services industries.
For the prior eleven years, he ran OmniMedia Associates LLC and created over $150MM of new equity value for my clients creating new revenue opportunities through business plans and innovative marketing. Industry spaces include: video, I-TV, telecomm, broadband and IT. His role(s) were chief rainmaker and head project manager.
The common threads that run through his career are creative innovation and adaptability. His specialty is creating businesses from technology applications and then launching and running those businesses.
Brian's past positions include National Marketing Manager of Sony Corp's PC Division and a Director in Scientific-Atlanta's (now Cisco) Telco Division. He also founded Software Information Systems, Inc. (The Program Finder service - early on-line database - i.e., "website before the web"). He has also been an outside Board of Directors member at Castle Hill Partners (holding co) and Midland Food Services (a large food services company).
In addition, he is part owner of Legacy Care, Inc. (www.l-care.com) a NJ-licensed, in-home health care services provider.
