onDemandCMO becomes your "CMO Advisor." Based on your needs and budget, we agree to a retainer and a time commitment. Then, we tackle the project, keeping a holistic overview even as we dig deep. Using SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats), competitive analysis and customer research, we review your business model, branding, marketing position and channel strategy. From this - and from our marketing expertise in your industry - we make recommendations for go-to-market strategies, channel plans and execution. In all this, we work with you and are available to join your executive meetings and make Board presentations. It's a collaborative process that yields results you can confidently endorse.
Tactical Suite:
Drawing on strategic initiatives (developed by us, you or others), onDemandCMO develops a go-to-market plan to achieve your goals. These tactical projects include marketing and channel communications, collateral, advertising support, web / email marketing, PR and event planning. Some of our clients - with current tactical projects to execute - begin here. Then, as our working relationship develops, you can migrate to the Strategic Suite. We can begin with either.
